Think Better, Do Better

Our thoughts impact us every day.

Not only with how we are feeling, but also our actions, our successes, and how we treat those around us. Maybe if we actively choose to think better, we will also do better. This doesn't need to be a daunting task, we can start by simply spinning the narrative of our current thoughts.

This chart was found in an article titled “Positive thinking: Stop negative self-talk to reduce stress” by Mayo Clinic Staff.

Changing your mindset is simple, right? After all, it is something YOU are fully in control of.

But, just because it may be simple, does not mean it is easy. In reality, it takes constant practice and patience with yourself; just like any new habit.

Start small, and remember as you are challenging yourself for the better–you are already choosing to do better.
