Emily Onheiser is a Senior Search Consultant at Hunter Crown. She understands recruiting, its value, and how important it is to build both strong candidate and client relationships.

Emily started as a recruiter after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Hood College in Frederick, MD.

Prior to joining Hunter Crown, she was in agency recruiting, which is where she found her passion for recruiting. Witnessing first hand the excitement candidates experience when finding their next career is what motivates her as a recruiter.

While in agency recruiting, Emily helped staff for various professional positions in a wide range of industries. She quickly realized that she was interested in recruiting for a more niche and specialized industry, which is one part of the reason for coming to work at Hunter Crown.

Being in an environmental industry such as water/wastewater, Emily feels empowered knowing that she will be indirectly contributing to a better society.
