What a strange time, am I right? It’s a time where I feel grateful just to be able to walk outside and exist. What’s even more strange is that I find myself being paralyzed with… thanks. I’m thankful for all the heroes that are out there combating a fight they didn’t ask for. I’m thankful for our clients and candidates who are keeping honest and open lines of communication. I’m even happy that my dog and cat have found a way to make me smile more than they already do.
To our clients. You are the backbone of Hunter Crown and we want to thank you not just for our relationship, but more importantly for the work you do. Treating, managing, and advancing the water and wastewater industry in a time of crisis is no easy task. We are such a small piece of this puzzle, but as our clients, you have kept us close as your partner. You have been transparent about your current needs and the unknown that is to come. We are honored to stand by you and we are here for support and engagement. Just know we are thankful for the work you do and we understand it will take time to figure out what’s next.
To our candidates. The individuals who explore and sacrifice to make the larger picture more clear. We thank you for your humility. We have heard countless stories about hardship, job loss, furloughs, layoffs, downsizing, etc. Times are changing and times are tough. We are here for you. Our phones are always on and we will do our best to connect you with the right position at the right time. Day after day, we connect with talent that would be a value-add to any team. We will search to find you the right home and if not, we will keep hunting.
Our mission is simple, connect top talent with great opportunities. This will never change as the goal of Hunter Crown. We thank you for being there for this journey and please let us know how we can be better moving forward. As always, be safe and be well.
